This weekend Brett and I took our family to Boise. Brett's boss gave him enough tickets to take our family to the Idaho Bowl Game in Boise...which Utah State played in. We were super excited to go especially because Utah State was playing!
We drove down Friday night and stayed at Brett's brother's house for the weekend. (Thanks Kirk and Jen for being such great hosts!)
We were worried the game would be freezing cold so we packed lots of warm clothes. We got to the game before it started because our tickets included lunch that the Idaho Commission sponsored. When we arrived we found the "Famous Potatoes" truck.
Have you ever seen such a big potato! Haha!
While we were taking pictures "Big Blue" came by so I snagged him and asked if he would take a quick picture with my kids!

The game was awesome! The Utah State Aggies won! It was cold, but not as cold as we anticipated. Here we are at the game. (Justin and Natalie and Kirk and Jen's family came too.)
After the game the crowd flooded the field! They were excited for the Aggie's victory!
After the game Kirk and Jen took us to see some super fun Christmas lights in Caldwell. The city decorates along the river and over the bridges. It was beautiful!

We had a great weekend! It was fun to get away with our little family! Only one more week until Christmas!
