Summer time is Reunion Time!

Our Johnson family had our reunion early this year.  Summer always seems to fill up with so many activities.  It was nice to have one of our reunions early in the summer.

The only bad part...it was COLD on Friday night!  Can you tell?

However, Saturday was a REALLY warm day!  That is Idaho for you!  It can be cold one day and super hot the next!   Mike and Laurie were in charge this year so we didn't have to travel far...only about 10 miles where they hosted it in their yard!  It was a great idea!  Mike made a monkey bridge that we all loved playing on!

The kids slept in the backyard in a tent and woke up to Grandma making waffles!  Can't ask for anything better...especially with coconut syrup or homemade peach jam!

The afternoon consisted of lots of fun games including a mean game of softball...kids versus parents!  (There was only one bad injury-Brett says "sorry Tyler"!)  The kids were loving trying to get their parents out!

There was also a blow-up swim and slide!  Oh, how the kids loved that!  It was hours of fun!

How many wet kids can you fit on the tramp?

How many cute little boys without their shirts on can you fit on a picnic table for lunch?

Wish I would have got more pictures!  We played two games of Rambo!  Thanks Uncle Mike for teaching the kids how to run and hide and try and not get caught by those that were "it" and from the cops!
We also played lots of volleyball!  We love spending time with our extended families!
