Pioneer Day Celebration

The day of the 24th of July parade this year was pretty cloudy.  During the parade it even rained quite a bit!  The theme for this parade was "HOME is where the HEART is".  Bryce and Kallie were asked to ride on our ward's float this year.  They were more than excited!  They thought it would be quite a treat!

Little did they realize they wouldn't be watching the parade and receiving treats!  Brett had a little buddy waiting on his lap for the parade to start!

Our float ended up taking 2nd place.  They did a terrific job with it!

Our bishop wanted to be in charge of it this year.  A lot of people came and helped!  It takes many talented people to share their talents and bring a float together!  I think St. Anthony has one of the best parades around!  All of the floats were really good!  The other pioneer day celebrations were super too...the rodeos and the play!
